By accessing, registering on, or using the pk098 platform — whether via browser, mobile web, or any other interface provided by pk098 — you ("the User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional rules, guidelines, game-specific terms, and promotional terms published on the pk098 website.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pk098 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login details. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified pk098 of a suspected breach in writing.

pk098 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and cash OTC channels. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. pk098 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited must belong to the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to minimum thresholds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Within 2 hours of request approval.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan, SadaPay, Raast): Within 4–6 business hours.

pk098 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical error, data feed failure, or system fault materially affects the outcome.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded (late bet).
• Odds were published in clear error (palpable error) and bear no reasonable relationship to true market price.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion involving any party to the event.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to the player's pk098 wallet. pk098's decision on void bets is final and binding.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the pk098 platform.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.

pk098's aggregate liability to any single user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits pk098's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence.

pk098 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects any of the following:
